Artificial Horizon on Cameras

I realize a camera can be parented to something, but there are times it would be helpful and timesaving to have an artificial horizon on a camera. For example, in an airplane during a bank, it may be better suited to the theme to have the camera level relative to the horizon whether or not the horizon is visible. This would provide consistency for times you want to render inside and outside scenes of the same moment - the same with sunken/sinking ships, etc. The camera can still be parented to the plane to allow transforms while not losing the camera, but monitor and reset the camera's horizon relationship as desired.
