Looking for a Rigging help and custom clothing

I'm creating an animated character in Daz (Victoria Seven) Gen 3 and dessing her in "Vigilante Outfit for Genesis 3". 

I need help rigging, I use the DUF Gen 3 feamle Facial Key in daz and CAN import into 3dxchange without clothes but when I add the clothes and animate the program crashes.

Also even without animation the Vigilante boot on the left foot stretches when she walks in 3dxchange.

Any ideas? Is this a bug?  

How can I make Daz custom clothing or can I hire someone on here?

I might be wrong here, but wasn't iClone and 3dxchange incompatible with Gen 3 figures?

Try importing Genesis 2 Female or Male and check if there are problems there.
