good to hear that you like it :) I keep you informed here when they hit the store.

In the meantime some more promos of what it will be

Apologies in advance for perhaps my phrasing.

    But.

In the past few months have spent a lot of money on shaders for Iray, epecially metals

The group from Mec 4 comes immediately to mind. (3 rather expensive sets)

From a practical point of view what makes your shaders differect/better than the others?

Realize that the question sounds insulting, but would like to know.

Thank you and the best of luck

    Hi Bicc39,

it's okay, I do not feel offended by your question.
I also have the shaders from MEC4D, they are really good and useful.
My shaders are not better or worse than others I think, a shader is a shader in my opinion.
I mainly created those because I was missing some in the other products. But my shaders are
different in the way that I used mostly structured, more rough metals rather than smooth ones (as you can see in the last promo).
I also used metal colors which I did not find in the products I have from others.
There might be still similarities , this cannot be avoided.

Well, in the end it's totally up to you, the customer, if you think you need another shader product and if you like my shaders.

This product will be sold here for a regular price of  14.95 and the usual dicount of 30% in the first weeks. I consider this quite a fair price.

Hope this answered your question :)

I love all of Mec4d's shaders. But... her shaders are truely PBR, so if you don't have the lighting right, the metals don't show up as a shiny gold, silver, or whatever. I've had to resort to using things like metallic car paint, from time to time, to get the look I'm going for...

Your shaders will be an instant buy for me. I especially love the shaders with color variations and bumpy textures.

The product is in the final stage of QAV and a release date will be scheduled now. So I guess it wont take long anymore until they hit the store :)

A further note. as you read in a previous post, was wondering why purchase another metal shader product?

I have all of Mec4d shaders, they are fantastic.

But ,frequentlly, a small problem arises with different type lighting.

A gold belt buckle will not, after a four hour render, appear to be even metal.

From what I have seen of this product, just drag and drop.....instant gold.

Lots of purchases from DAZ, lay rotting in the libraries, never used,,,,,,,, this will not be one of them.

Can see this same principal applied to wood, leather, etc.

    More please.
