Please help - Reality 4.2

I purchased Reality 4.2 over a year ago, but havn't had any decent results. I got a lot of good feedback over my new character at DA, so I want to get some moneies worth out of Reality with her (cheeky plug- http://chrisryder123.deviantart.com/art/Talille-638069399). I downloaded a ready to render setup from Rendo which has solved most of the issues I was having- could anyone take a look at the attached screenshot and offer any pointers. My main concerns are:

• The lips are hideous - I've changed the material setting to skin but this hasn't changed the fact that they look stuck on.
• The skin is waaaay top pink and shiny.
• Some strange black mark over the head/hair area.
