    1,2,3 = A,B,C and #3 x #4 = #12 which is even more spookier :)

I do aplogise for the delay,  First of all I was late gathering the images for this thread, and then of course we not only had 2 major sales, back to back, but the site started really getting the wobblies, and crashed rather spectacularly a time or two.

However we did finall get a result.

Chohole - thank you for your efforts you put into this challenge and thanks go also to the judges and the guest judges. Obviously, this was not an easy one - but then, Bryce is so great and versatile that whatever people do, it always turns out great. Congratulations to all winners (amazingly, I'm among them, who'd thought that?) and to all participating "brycers".

Fishtales - doubly spooky, indeed. I highly suspect a conspiracy. laugh

Get this: When you add the HM's together (#19, #22, and #25), you get 66.  The total number of winners is 6.  Putting the numbers together you get 666.  This contest is wicked indeed!!!! LOL

Congrats to all the winners and HM's!  What a great contest.  Special thanks to chohole for organizing it once again.

Well done the winners and all entrants.

It always amazes me to look in the judging thread and see all the excellent renders together... Non stop talent... love it.

Congrats...for once, I agree with the judges: well done to those who won, and mentions thereof.

But judges: as always, hmmmmm???...need to know them, see their works, renders, contributions and experiences...etc.,:perhaps, a help in producing better works (forgive me, but judges's judgements have defintely got it wrong, in my opinion, in the past: biased upon their lack of experience and otherwise...etc.,). Anonymity, these days, is never acceptable!

At the moment the main judges are the Community Volunteers.  I try to find one or two guest judges who are familiar with Bryce, and the tie breaks are usually done by the moderators.

I had thought about getting Totte (CV and Mac expert) to talk me through setting up the judging thread in Survey Monkey,  so we could get a more varied judging panel, as it could be thrown open

Normally Survey Monkey doesn't disclose the names of those who take part, but I think Totte has found a way of making them add forum User name to their vote, so he can check that people don't vote for themselves

The Community Volunteer team are chosen in part because of their knowledge, especially in specialist subjects (as per Totte being the Mac expert on the team), their willingness to help others and for their ability to be calm and reasoned when posting to help New Users and other forum members.  Moderators normally have served a period on the CV team before being promoted to moderators.

It was a wonderful contest again, with marvelous entries.

Congrats to all winners and HMs.

Of course, judges always have it completely wrong, for this reason or that. Specifically if I don't win devil

You think so? You do not think that my renders are always the best, most fitting, highly original, greatest technique, .....? Me neither cryingcheeky And, of course, you are right, we can only make our best effort. May the best woman (or man) render win!

  • Conrats to all that entered and thanks to Chohole and the judges for making these challenges possible.
