Serial # not excepted

Carrara will not except the NEW beta build serial number.
I believe the number is CDZCPRO-085-0000018-ZWM-001-EBTOMDO.
Any idea.

Found my problem no coffee this morning.

    Could the problem be a user/coffee ratio error?
