Kids 4 toddler?

I bit the bullet and bought the Kids 4 toddler. But now it says it needs the kids 4 base in the readme. This wasn't indicated in the product page. Do you need the k4 base to run toddler? And if so, is it worth the purchase.

What do people think? Do you use kids 4 base or is genesis kid sufficient?

Yes K4 toddler is just a character for K4, so it does need K4.

Edited to add that if you buy Kids 4 complete you get K4 and the toddler, and some clothes and hair as well
