Disassembling & reassembling a prop

I have a rather complicated prop that I have broken into several pieces. I would now like to re-import the .obj's and reassemble them. Is there a way to get them to import at the same scale? I'm using poser 2012.

Make sure that the option to set the scale is off in the Poser OBJ import dialogue - that's a weird function, it scales the item to be the set proportion of the Poser 2 (I think) male figure. With the option off the items will load at the same scale, though if you modelled using real units that may well be grossly oversized and need to be scaled down in Poser.
