Wondershare, is it good for Video Editing and Movie making?

Is Wondershare Filmora a good video editing package for effects? and movie making? (Alternative to Final cut pro)

    I used to have Finalcut on the mac but now i'm on PC. I wanted to add effects like fire, water, smoke and such and rain and crowds to my daz videos.

    I'm not familiar with Wondershare, but you might want to look at Particle Illusion, a 2D effects overlay program that works with any image or video.  Its a little pricey, but it comes with hundreds of pro-looking presets, and is very flexible and easy to use.

    This 48 second video has PI presets for the vines/flowers in the title sequence, and the smoke from the locomotive at the end.
