Brain waves are received by sensors inside the padded helmet and then amplified and redirected using high-frequency vacuum tubes. Complementary to this eccentric and risky device are special glasses, which allow the wearer to see more very small, distant, and with the help of an artificial electronic eye even completely imperceptible features and transform the resulting image into a form that will be recognizable for the human brain.
