Saida for V4 failing to install

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I have tried the installer programs....downloads then fails to install

tried directly in Studio...says it downloaded but when you double

click the product, nothing listed inside it.

    The zip seems to extract manually, but DIM fails to install it for me too. As a temporary measure, if you feel confident in doing so, you could perform a manual install but I will report this issue and hopefully there will be an update, though possibly not until the beginning of next week.
