Pose to lock feet for shoes

I'm playing around with some feetposes for shoes and I didn't find a way to crete a pose that locks the feet and the toes. I can lock them manually and save it as a pose preset but when I use it the locks are gone. Anybody here who knows how to save the pose with the locked feet and toes?

I don't believe locks can be saved in a preset. A script could do it, and could be triggered by a preset.
