Fuzzy or Low Res Renders

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

This may have been covered somewhere else. I have upgraded to the Daz Studio 4.9 and no matter how big or small my render is it comes in fuzzy. Can someone give me a run down? I am thinking it is in some default setting that I am not changing that is causing this to happen.
