I had a question about tokens and they answered within 24 hours. It depends on the complexity of the question and whether they can even have a reasonable expectation of replicating your computing enviroment. however, the prior ticket about not being able to sign up for Premier was never answered directly to me, simply closed when they fixed the problem.

Well, mine was fairly simple. All I asked for was that they restore some tokens I accidently used on on a totally free offer. At the very least they could either grant or deny the request. But no they have just left it open for well over 3 weeks now.

Oh, I made the same mistake in May and asked for refund of tokens the same as you. It took 7 days to respond but I was warned to try and not repeat my mistake as the tokens have to be manually removed by the customer after they get applied and the customer changes their mind. The month of May is much less busy though I'm sure they'll get to you eventually.

  • I only wanted to take up the personal offer of upgrading from daz+ to Premier that they are offering me, however, pressing the button nothing happens, no offer, nothing?

Guess it is too complicated for them to answer, so hence no reply going on over a month now!

Whoever has the job of answering these Customer Sales Service tickets, or should I say lack of answering, needs to pull their act together, your losing Daz business!

  • I think it largely depends on where your ticket 'gets stuck'. I recently had a reply to a ticket I sent in two years ago (luckily it wasn't important at all, and I'd totally forgotten about ever submitting it!), lol, but I filed a ticket last week and got a reply the next day, I think. Might've been two.

That was my 3rd ticket the other 2 were ignored as well, what I want to know is, how can you get an answer to a question or problem from Daz, without some one saying place a ticket and you do and nothing happens lol?

I submitted a Technical Support ticket on August 06, 2023 that received its first human response on December 24, 2024. That's over 16 months. There was no problem resolution in that response. The bug was submitted to the bug tracker. So now the clock ticks on...

  • Surely someone from this forum can talk to the person dealing with these sales tickets?

It's not that hard, our details are on these posts!

and then they would have to wade through our reports on tickets as well as the tickets themselves, and anyone who hasn't posted about their unactioned tickets would get pushed even further back. We can chase some issues, where something has clearly gone actively wrong, but we can't do anything about what seems to be a general issue (I even have an open Sales ticket of my own pending for about three weeks now).

Well something has clearly gone actively wrong, if a few people have put tickets in for the upgrade offer for daz plus to Premier button does not work and stops you from upgrading!

There's no DAZ officials present here (usually) and those who sometimes are, don't reside in the DAZ offices (afaik) so grabbing a cup of coffee and going over to the ticket dealers in person might prove a bit problematic... wink

Multiple tickets are not going to help, and posting to bump them may well not help.Y

I believe that. My ticket from Dec 22 has never been responded to by customer support. I add a bump comment every couple days. I've posted about it here. Nothing. $5 lost.

Well, I am going to add an update since I believe in communication. Shortly after my last post announcing the end of my subscription with no resolution from sales I DID finally receive a notice from sales giving me a renewed one month subscription that actually worked as far as letting me use the pro version of DAZ ai. so my sales ticket  was resolved as far as that goes in a little over a month. However once I got into the pro ai version I found it to be completely nerfed as others have commented and I quickly lost interest and didn't really use, it as it no longer had the functionality it did at the very beginning ie different figure choices etc. I was so disipointed at the time that I did not feel like commenting about it at the time. Now looking at this post after months and seeing all the feedback on the larger issue I thought I should at least give a final update.
I just wish I could report a better experience.

Stop bumping your ticket. Richard has said that that can push your ticket back to the end of the queue, as if it were a new ticket just submitted.
