Cannot find the "motion Live" plugin after installing

I've installed the [motion Live] plugin through Daz manager, but i couldnt find the plugin listed in "About plugins" section. I couldn't find it anywhere else either! Even tried to reinstall it through Daz central. the problem remains.
i cant find it anywhere in Daz. Looking forward to any guidance regarding this.

I assume you installed the plugin while Daz Studio was fully shut-down? Plugins will be checked for/initialised when Daz Studio starts up and so would not appear if installed while it's running.
What plugin are you talking about?
Is it https://www.daz3d.com/mocap-live ?
I have a friend who purchased mocap-live plugin and also was unable to find it listed in plugins after installing with DIM.And the pane was nowhere to be found either. I told them to file a ticket. Hopefully he did.
Edit: He did, but Daz doesn't offer support for the plugin. However, they will provide you with the PA's email if you submit a ticket about the problem so that you can get support directly from the PA.
The plugin is installed in the my Daz Library folder at appdir_win64/plugins/
It should be installed C:\Program Files\DAZ 3D\DAZStudio4\plugins/ (on my install, which is a default Windows install).
There are also a couple of files a few folders deep in the Daz Library appdir_win64/docs/ folder.
That folder should also be in C:\Program Files\DAZ 3D\DAZStudio4\docs/
Was anybody able to resolve this?
I purchased the same plugin, Mocap Live, and it is also failing to appear in Daz Studio where it is supposed to be (under Window/Panes). I am aware that the Plugin is not supported by Daz Tech support, but I did request that they put me in touch with the PA to try and resolve the issue. Unfortunately ten (working) days later, I still have not had a reply from Daz Tech.
To be clear, the .dll file and the .dsx files are in the correct folders on my computer (Mac), along with my other Plugins which do work exactly as expected in Daz Studio. It is only this Plugin which is not appearing within Studio at all.
I did manage to message Lunarlume on the forum, but he merely reiterated what is already in the install instructions and also on his YouTube video. I appreciate his response, but ultimately I am no further forward. This is an expensive plugin on the store, and (as far as I can tell) it does not work at all.
What is particlularly concerning is that the only mention I can find of this product on this forum is also unable to get it working... Are Daz selling a dud?
If anyone has found a solution to this problem I would very much appreciate their input. Thanks!
