Is there a Morph in the MOrphs++ or somewhere to Thicken knees?

I got this character looking good for V4. Basically it's Girlnext Door 4 and i made her thicker and better with some morphs but
the legs got like this..thick thighs, thick shins but knee is skinny thin.

anyway to fix it with some morph?

Nope doesn't look like there is any. You could use a Deformer on the knees
